• Walk-in appointments are a first come, first served basis.

• Any appointments must be paid for at the time of booking, to reserve you spot.

• We require a 48 HOUR notice to reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations must be done 48 HOURS in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made between 24-48 hours of the appointment will be refunded 50% of the payment, and any cancellations made in less than 24 hours will forfeit the entire payment.

• Customers under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 years.

• Failure to show up within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment, without giving appropriate notice for your delay prior to your booked time, will result in your booking and payment forfeit.
